Job description
We are hiring an enthusiastic, animal sympathetic individual to plan, execute and coordinate all rescue-related operations at Sarvoham.
Job Requirements
- Attending to animal rescue and distress call and dispatching the ambulance on priority basis;
- Update the pet owners on the status of the ambulance until the animal is picked up;
- Maintaining the data of the pet owners and pet rescued in RMS such as rescue calls, animal rescued details etc.;
- Helping pet owners to understand on the help line number IVR queries;
- Entering details of the pet owners and the animal in the medical treatment record and passing on to the medical team;
- Scheduling the ambulance for release of the recovered pets; and any other tasks assigned;
- Following up on the unattended rescues until the animal has received help and closing of the case;
- Requesting for google reviews from the hot reporters;
Who can apply?
- Strong communication in English, Kannada and Hindi (Verbal & Written)
- Quick Learner in all organization processes
- Prior exposure of the customer service process
- Good presentation skills
- Graduate in any discipline
- Kind and passionate approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

- Minimum 2 years of work experience in customer service
